AI agents for the RevOps work your team does by hand
I find the RevOps work your team does by hand, put a dollar figure on it, and get AI agents running the biggest pieces inside your CRM within 90 days. Built for Series A and B B2B SaaS teams with a sales team and HubSpot or Salesforce.
Your next hire is a bundle of workflows
The person you are about to hire will spend the week on four or five workflows: researching, routing, updating the CRM, building the weekly report, chasing approvals. Some of that needs a human. A lot of it an agent can run today.
Agents fail for the same reason new hires fail: nobody wrote down how the work is done. Break each workflow into steps, write each step in plain language, and that is the part that gets automated.
Sound familiar? You are scaling faster than your systems. Your team runs on copy and paste. You have tried software before, and nobody mapped it to how your team actually works. You know AI matters, but not where to start.
The fix is one workflow at a time, measured before and after, with the savings in writing.
Three phases. First workflow live in about three weeks.
Phase 1, Audit, week 1. We map your RevOps work end to end, every workflow, handoff and bottleneck, and time each manual task with the person who does it. You get a ranked picture of what to fix first, down to the dollar.
Phase 2, Sprint, 90 days. Your routing rules, CRM fields, reports and unwritten rules become the knowledge layer your agents run on. The first workflow goes live in about three weeks with your team approving each output, and up to 3 go live inside the Sprint. Every run is logged.
Phase 3, Optimize, day 91 on. Optional. Workflows keep running, proven ones run on their own, and the next one comes from the map. Each month you get a one-page report: runs, hours back and dollars back.
The RevOps work we take off your team
Lead routing and enrichment. New leads enriched, scored for fit and assigned to the right rep, with edge cases sent to Slack for a quick yes or no.
CRM hygiene and call notes. Duplicates, missing fields and stale stages flagged and fixed in batches, and meeting notes turned into field updates and follow-up drafts.
Pipeline reporting and handoffs. The Monday pipeline report built from CRM data with changes explained, and the sales to CS handoff brief assembled at closed-won.
The Audit decides which one goes first. The biggest leak wins, and you keep the costed map either way.
How results are measured
Step 1. In the Audit we time each task with the person who does it. They sign off the baseline minutes.
Step 2. Every approved agent run is logged: what it did, who approved it, and the baseline time it replaced.
Step 3. Hours back = approved runs x baseline minutes. Dollars back = hours back x your loaded hourly rate. A run that fails a check or gets rejected never counts.
Step 4. Each month you get a one-page report per workflow: runs, hours back and dollars back.
Step 5. You see the same log we do. Nothing is self-reported.
Worked example: a 12-person sales team spends 8 hours each a week on CRM admin at a $60 loaded rate. That is $299,520 a year. If the first workflows take half of it, that is $149,760 a year back.
Is this a fit?
Good fit: a Series A or B B2B SaaS company with 3 or more reps, HubSpot or Salesforce, and a revenue or ops lead who can give one hour a week for approvals.
Not a fit: teams with no CRM, or anyone looking for outbound lead generation or a chatbot demo instead of a measured result.
The standard: your first workflow goes live with tests passing in about three weeks, measured against a baseline your team signed.
Pay for a working system, not activity
This offer: three phases with named deliverables, workflows live in your CRM and every run logged. You own the workspace, agents, runbooks and run log, all in your accounts. Your management load is one weekly report.
An agency retainer: you pay for hours billed and deliverables. If it does not work, you hear "give it one more quarter." Expect 60 to 90 days of onboarding, weekly status calls, and at the end they keep what they built.
A new hire: you pay a salary whether it works or not. If it does not work, you pay severance and restart the search. Expect 3 to 6 months of hiring and ramp, plus training and turnover, for a person who may leave.
Everything runs in your accounts
You hold the keys. Your workspace, agents, runbooks and test cases live in accounts your company owns.
Your tools, connected. Notion for knowledge and runbooks, your CRM as the source of truth, Slack where your team already works.
Models chosen by testing. Picked on your workflow, not by loyalty to a vendor. If a better model shows up, we swap it and retest.
Documented to run without me. Every workflow ships with a runbook and a walkthrough your team can use on their own.
Agents earn trust the same way people do. Every workflow starts at Copilot, with your team approving each output, and only runs on its own after three clean reviewed runs.
Who you will work with
Kevin Payne is an AI engineer and GTM operator who installs AI agents into RevOps teams. 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation and RevOps across Techstars, a16z and YC portfolio companies.
I run my own business on the same system I install for clients: Notion as the knowledge layer, agents that do the work, and a run log that shows what they did.
